Apple has put out a walk through for iPhone 3G and I think it is worth watching. The other thing about the new iPhone 3G is that it sports what looks like a hex screw in the back. So this article made the suggestion that it might be there to help users replace the iPhone battery if needed. I am waiting to see the insides!
