Rebtel which makes international calls for low prices have released an iPhone app. The new iPhone app allows you to call any international destination without having to hunt for a WiFi hot spot to save money. So far 53 countries has the service.
The system is not much different from Google Voice but this app is supported internationally. Pick a contact from your address book and Rebtel gives you a local number to call for a fraction of your international rate. The local number is saved to your address book so that you can use it anytime, anywhere. No need for WiFi coverage or internet access.
