With the release of new Skype for Android, Android 2.1 for Android, Skype has added 17 new devices to the list of devices that support Skype video. You will find the list at the end of the post.
Even if your device is not in the list, provided that you have at least Android 2.2 OS on your device, you can try to enable video calling after installing the new app. Go to skype setting and you should see enable video calling. Here you can enable it and begin video calling.
If you do not see "video calling" that means your phone or device does not meet the minimum requirements
In addition to mobile video calling, the Skype for Android 2.1 fixes number of bugs, issues and ads enhancements.
