Android Market Passes 20,000 Apps Mark

Android Market snapvoip.blogspot.com

Even though I have been visiting the place regularly, did not think of the number of applications until MobileCrunch directed me to Androlib doing Android analytics. Android Market has taken five months to jump from 10,000 apps to 20,000 (it is 20,035 just now). I think the phase will accelerate from now on taking in to account all the Android devices and "Droid Does" ads with Verizon coverage maps added to Google's own Google Phone. And there are 101 apps related to farts, that is certainly a good indication, woopee cushion always manage to get a chuckle from me everytime..

"iPhones Are Girly" Says Droid Ads By Verizon

"iPhones Are Girly" snapvoip.blogspot.com

Even though I have not noticed anything girly about my iPhone 3G (except they are slippery to the same degree and got to hold tight), TMC Rich Tehrani has a very nice summation about the ad and what it implies. But he does not stop there and goes on to explain further how the devices differ and advantages and disadvantages thet both the phones carry. Good read.

The Verizon Droid seem to be a series of phones rather than a single phone. The Driod series is a brand of phones that will be based on Android Technology.
The Motorola Sholes is leading the march and will be known as the Droid
Droid Eris, (HTC Desire) will be following as soon as November 6th by being on Verizon shelves.

The Arrival, Of Verizon Droids!

Verizon Droids! snapvoip.blogspot.com/
Verzon is announcing the arrival of droid with So many iNots or iDon'ts. Like;
iDon't have a real keyboard, iDon't do multitasking, iDon't do open development and a bunch of iDon't followed by a unbelievable statement like
Don't You WIsh You Had A Robot SIDEKICK!
With all the Sidekick troubles, I doubt it is a good name to promote a new product, lucky they are promoting upcoming Android phones from Verizon, like Motorola Android Phones. Motorola Sholes
