Even before we could finish saying no flash on iphone, Adobe is opening flash development components for iPhone developers.
At the worldwide developer conference Adobe revealed the news and at the occasion, John Loiacono, senior vice president of Adobe Creative Solutions mentioned,
“Adobe Creative Suite is essential for designers and developers worldwide, and touches virtually all the content and applications that enable products, brands and ideas to stand out above the clutter. This is a breakthrough for Flash customers who can now leverage their existing content and expertise to target the iPhone, along with other Flash-supported devices.”
While Kevin Lynch, CTO at Adobe applauded his engineering team;
“The engineering teams at Adobe have succeeded in bringing the latest Flash technology to the iPhone, opening the way for the Flash community to deploy to the App Store. When Apple is ready to bring the full Web browsing experience to iPhone users, we'll be ready to bring Flash Player to Safari.”
These Applications could be  download from the Apple App Store (Source Labs Adobe There is also a nice video about the apps):

The new functionality opens iPhone development to millions of designers and developers who currently use Adobe’s popular Flash authoring tools.

All Smartphones Will "FLASH" Soon But iPhone

Still no Flash On iPhone! snapvoip.blogspot.com
Mobile-ready Flash 10.1 beta for Windows Mobile and Palm Pre were promised by Adobe to be released late this year. Full Flashing capabilities, allowing to show more than what they are able at the moment,  are coming to Android, Symbian based phones  and BlackBerries. Also in the recieving end are the NVIDIA-powered netbooks.  All will be to flash us various news casts, and all other fun stuff including business stuff like communications and even simple business graphs.
So who is missing from the coming out party? The iPhone, of course.
Adobe has mentioned to Gizmodo Apples iPhone as "closed device with not much of activity for flash enblement".
Since everything that has a bit of electronics and a screen run flash, don't be surprised if apple advertise this as a feature," iPhone, the only safe place from Flash!"
