Making life easier for schools trying block students by passing security filters with Google's new encrypted search feature, Google announced today that it will move the SSL search Host to a new host name. This will make it easier for schools or any other institute, to block the encrypted search service.
This seem to be a short term solution as Google prefers to keep search under one host, be it encrypted Google (https://www.google.com. ) or plain old Google.
