California PUC, Public Utilities Commission have voted 3 to 2 in favor of investigation the AT&T / T-Mobile merger.
As a part of the investigation, the PUC will hold public workshops in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, Central Valley and Orange County this July. The commission will forward the finding to FCC.
