Now bloggers like us can easily publish posts with pictures, labels and location information. And, for those who publish with multiple accounts or /on mulitiple blogs, will be able to easily switch between them.
Of course if you are an Android fan and user, I am sure you knew about the Blogger App For Android already. If you have not, you can find it in Android Appstore, Android Market.

* Select account/blog if you have more than 1.

* Include pictures from the gallery or by taking a picture directly from the app

iOS 5 Beta 3 Jailbreak Breaks App Store Apps!

It was discovered that iOS 5 beta 3 jailbreak has problems with apps. Many are reporting the issue prompting people to halt upgrading and / or jailbreaking. It is believed to be a problem with sandbox. So if you are not savvy with iOS and it's workings, wait for the problem to be resolved before upgrading. Even MuscleNerd says Devs only!
Earlier @MuscleNerd announced that iOS 5 beta 3 could be jailbroken with Redsn0w beta that was able to jailbreak iOS 5 earlier.
So if you are not put off by not being able to run app store apps, you can get the Redsn0w from iPhone Dev Team;

GetJar To Apple, Stuff Your Bullying In A Jam Jar!

Apple among other stuff trying carve a niche, a huge niche, for itself. Bullying and suing people Big and small.
Apple wants App store for itself and want Amazon not to use the term :) and recently sent a cease and desist letter to GetJar to stop using App Store in it's service name, GetJar App Store, an Android Application store.
May be next will be all the bloggers, news sites, and services like WIP asking not to use the term App Store. I do not like bullies, I wish I could clobber the bully, like I did with High school bullies.
But it is not only me, GetJar CEO Patrick Mork had a few words to Apple too. With all the pancreatic jokes aside, seriously written lengthy article on Getjar Blog explains the legalese and timeline regarding why Getjar will not be listening to Apple's threats. 15 Billion Apps Served By Apple App Store.

Apple has done it again! Come on Android, catch up! Apple App store has served 15 Billion app downloads, and I am responsible for at least 150 of them.
Looks like other 200 million odd owners of iPhone, iPad (100,000 apps in the store) and iPod did the same, downloading their favorite apps from 425000 apps in the store.
Apple has also paid developers, $2.5 billions to date and Apple seems to very happy about it, from their press release.

Appstore Has More Than 100,000 iPad Apps Now!

Looks like Apple developers are going for the iPad exclusive apps. According to Macstories, Apple App store now has more than 100000 apps designated for iPad, the larger cousin of iPhone.
Since Apple iPad came into being in April 2010, (454 days ago,) Apple and it's army of developers have managed to create 100000 iPad destined Apps. These includes apps designed for iPad and iPhone apps re-released with universal updates, which allows apps to run on both the platforms.
Macstories found out that there were 100,161 apps on Appstore when checked with Appstore app on the iPad, as shown above.
Way to go Apple, even though I have discarded my iPad(original) and embraced an Asus EEE Pad Transformer, competition and ideas will always bring in a healthy mobile App ecosystem.
